Our English Language Transactional Writing Group Class is delivered by a qualified examiner, providing students in Years 9–11 with clear, examiner‑aligned teaching across all major exam boards: AQA, Edexcel, Eduqas, WJEC and OCR. Lessons focus on mastering the key transactional forms required for GCSE success, including articles, speeches, leaflets, reviews and formal letters.
Each session develops:
High‑impact writing structures
Tone, audience and purpose
Persuasive and informative techniques
Organisation, cohesion and clarity
Grade‑boosting vocabulary and sentence craft
Exam‑ready planning strategies
Students receive targeted feedback, model responses, and guided practice to strengthen confidence and secure higher‑band performance.
Class Time: Sundays at 20:15 Spaces: Limited — early booking recommended. Instructor: Qualified examiner with extensive GCSE marking and teaching experience.
