These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Examiner Tutors website and the tuition services provided by Examiner Tutors (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or booking tuition, you agree to these terms.

1. Tuition Services

Examiner Tutors provides private tuition for KS2, KS3, GCSE, A‑Level and entrance exams. Lessons may be delivered online or in person, depending on availability.

We aim to provide high‑quality, personalised teaching. However, we cannot guarantee specific grades or exam outcomes.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Lessons must be booked in advance.

  • Payment is required before the lesson unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Squarespace).

  • We do not store or process card details.

3. Cancellations & Missed Lessons

  • 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

  • Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • If the tutor cancels, the lesson will be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Repeated missed lessons may result in termination of tuition.

4. Safeguarding & Child Protection

We follow safeguarding best practice. Parents/guardians must ensure:

  • A responsible adult is present in the home during online lessons for students under 18.

  • Students behave respectfully and appropriately during lessons.

We may terminate lessons immediately if safeguarding concerns arise.

5. Use of Website & Materials

All content on this website — including text, images, resources, and branding — is owned by Examiner Tutors.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce or distribute website content

  • Share paid resources without permission

  • Use our materials for commercial purposes

6. Data Protection & Privacy
