As one of the first women in over twenty‑five years to gain entry into the university’s large‑animal clinical training pathway, she demonstrated early leadership, resilience and a commitment to excellence that continues to define her work today. As her career evolved, she discovered a profound commitment to education — supporting learners of all ages through structured, examiner‑aligned teaching and high‑performance academic coaching. With over three decades of distinguished experience in private education, has served as Headteacher of three independent schools, leading whole‑school academic development, pastoral care, literacy standards and high‑performance learning cultures. Her extensive leadership experience means she understands exactly what selective schools expect — academically, behaviourally and personally — and she brings that insight directly into her teaching.
